Branch Manager
The role of Branch Manager is vitally important to our continued success and helps deliver the Group strategy at a local level by ensuring amazing operational effectiveness at our branches. Leading their teams from the front, selling products and controlling costs, whilst keeping colleagues and customers safe within branch. This is one of the most challenging yet rewarding positions in our business and is a great opportunity for dynamic and inspiring managers to apply their leadership skills to spearhead our colleagues effort in our branches to make sure we are working hard for our customers and providing a first class service.
Kitchen Sales Designer
Joining our family as a Kitchen Sales Designer you’ll be at the heart of the business playing a vital role in the success of the branch. You will work closely with customers listening carefully to what they want and understand their needs. You’ll visit customers’ homes or building sites, draw up inspirational designs on CAD and present them to the customers. Whilst offering competitive quotes, you will use your negotiation skills to maximise sales for further growth on margin. Being a target driven role, you will manage and seek out your own sales leads to ensure you are rewarded by the competitive commission structure offered.
Assistant Branch Manager
The role of Assistant Branch Manager, you’ll learn how to run a branch but getting mostly involved in the operational side of the business, dealing with deliveries, warehouse and sales strategies, team performance and building strong rock solid relationships with our customers & traders. Our Managers have plenty of freedom to shape the success of their branches, and you’ll be involved in everything.
Business Developer / Telesales
Think of this as more lead generation rather than your initial thoughts of Telesales sitting in a call centre. You’ll will be in the branch calling new leads, calling lapsed clients and following up sales leads, creating brand awareness and generating new business interest and feeding this back to your branch to follow up. This will involve speaking to people in the trade, discussing our products and developing relationships.
